Important Policy Update on Masking
Our previous guidance said that masks are not required outdoors. After additional consultation with our district medical and scientific experts, we are updating that policy.
- Masks are always required indoors. Masks are now required outdoors at all times while students are on campus unless they are eating. Currently, large-scale events are not recommended for any school sites due to the increased risk of exposure.

The district office will be sending an update on mask requirements to all parents and families.

We will continue to communicate to our school communities that all decisions are being made in the hopes of protecting everyone's health and safety and decisions will sometimes need to change based on new information.

In this case, that new information has to do with the increased case rate in our surrounding communities.
